Our Mission is to achieve maximum job placement in the Japanese job market, across various industries and sectors such as the automotive industry, auto parts factories, food manufacturing, transportation, nursing homes, construction, agriculture, and more. Wherever there is a labor shortage, we will actively seek job opportunities to place workers, particularly for foreigners, Japanese nationals, Japanese descendants, and students living in Japan. We also aim to provide opportunities for workers residing outside of Japan who wish to come and help address the labor shortage. This is our mission!
“My name is Roberto Tadaki Okoti, and I was born in São Paulo, Brazil. I graduated in Production Engineering from the Polytechnic School at USP. In the mid-1990s, I came to work as an engineer at Yokogawa Electric Co. in Tokyo. I spent 6 years with the company and then relocated to Gunma, where I started my own IT business. In 2015, recognizing the demand for labor in companies, I entered the field of human resources and worked as a recruiter (tantosha) for several construction companies. Today, I am the CEO of BX Co., a construction company.”

First, manufacturing factories contact us, and we schedule meetings to assess the client’s needs.
Once the situation is detected and the labor request is received, we utilize our advertising system on our website and Facebook. Our recruiters (tantoshas) then call prospective candidates to come to our office.
When the candidate comes to our headquarters, we explain all the details about the company they will be working for, including salary, uniform, work rules, working hours, etc! In this job interview, we practically define the candidate’s position for the requesting company.
We notify the company, schedule a visit to the factory, and verify if the candidate is suitable to become an employee of the factory! If we receive a positive response, we provide full follow-up, including accommodation, transportation, allowances, documentation, and visa support! We ensure everything is in line with the factory’s requirements and provide support to the workers! This is our basic system, but we are always striving to improve!
